To thrive in this role, you need to have completed Matric or Grade 12. This is a non-negotiable requirement, as it forms the foundation for the professionalism and attention to detail we expect in this position. Experience matters, even if it is just a start. We are looking for someone with at least three months of general switchboard and administrative experience. This exposure will help you hit the ground running and confidently manage the flow of communication in a busy environment.
Skills Requirements
Success in this role depends on a blend of practical skills and a people-first mindset. You need to be comfortable using computer technology to manage calls and tasks efficiently. Basic numerical reasoning is important for handling simple calculations with ease. Most importantly, you must have strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking fluently in English, so that every interaction is clear, professional, and engaging
